interdisciplinary technology of creativity to create
health and well being, inner satisfaction
or whatever you desire to create
The Creative Process
The
creative process is what provides for our
creative power and creative ability. The conscious use of the
creative process allows us to become a conscious creator of our
experience and the
reality we experience as opposed to doing our creativity in a
nonconscious way.
To create is to bring into existence experiences and/or objects not
previously experienced or significantly different from the past.
Mind only knows the past so any true creative endeavor takes us
into the unknown for whatever we experience has not been previously
experienced. That is what “to create” means. It means to experience
the unknown. This, in turn, can cause fear and
anxiety to arise in our mind which can interfere with what we
desire to create.
There are a
variety of ways to describe this
creative process. Each provides a different perspective and
different information about the process. Which description is most
useful for our creative endeavors depends on what we are trying to
create.
The description of the
creative/creation process provided here is based on the
creativity perspective
and the
energy consciousness model
to describe
creation/Creation.
The approach is directed toward accessing our
inherent creative power and birthright as a being of
unlimited creativity.

Keys Areas of Exploration
It has been found that to become a conscious creator
we need to explore and understand three key areas. They are:
relationship of energy and consciousness; our
creative life energy; and the other is our
creative spirit.
Energy Consciousness
Within the
creativity perspective,
energy and consciousness can be seen and experienced as
equivalent forms of the same substance of Creation. The discussion
topics provided in support of the
creative process help provide an understanding of energy and
consciousness and
how we create our experiences. For most, this understanding and
its implications are
too much to be believed. Yet, if we work with this relationship
in a creative endeavor we can come to see its truth. (More

Relative to our ability to create, we need to understand
consciousness can be seen and experienced as a flow of energy which
has become aware of itself. As such, depending of the
level of awareness to which consciousness awakens,
how it awakens, and the environment in which it awakens, it will
perceive itself to be and act as a consciousness (a
creative spirit), as a flow of
creative life energy and/or as a combination of both. It may
even perceive itself to be
a human being.
In perceiving itself to be solely a consciousness, much like
our human experience, the awaken flow of energy acts as a
creative spirit and fulfills the
masculine aspect
of the
creative process. In perceiving itself to be a flow of energy
and surrendering to the
flow, it fulfills the
feminine
aspect. In combination in unawareness,
energy consciousness is the servant of its own
mind and the experiences it has had, namely, the past. It this
case, the energy consciousness becomes stuck on the proverbial
wheel of karma. In combination in awareness, energy
consciousness is the creator experiencing its creation.
As the creator experiencing its creation,
all the various ways of describing the
creative/creation process are ultimate some
variation of the dance between energy and consciousness. What we
experience
depends on the view we have of the creative process as a result
of the
nature of
mind. What we ultimately perceive depends on
how our consciousness perceives itself. The way consciousness
perceive itself is mostly determined as a result of viewing and
experiencing
creation/Creation
from within a particular manifested or
“fixed “form of energy or consciousness. In our case, it is as
a human being. Our
Creative Life Energy The
second key area of exploration is our
creative life energy. It is to become aware of the existence of
what is best described and experienced as the flow of our creative
life energy. It is the experience of the energy aspect of
energy consciousness. When we are fully aligned with the flow of
our creative life energy and surrender to the experience we are said
to be “in the flow” We will feel what can be described as a fulness of being
if not a fulness of life. We each need to explore how our creative
life energy uniquely functions in our life to understand how we
create what we experience and eventually to create the
reality we experience.
In surrendering to the
flow of this energy, we will be carried to the experiences which
fulfill the
intention for our life which, as
any held intention, give rise to a flow of energy. The intention
for our life will bias our
creative power and creative ability as a
deep undercurrent carrying us through life. It also determines
where we can find an
inner satisfaction
that never runs dry no matter what is happening in our life.
Our Creative Spirit
The third key area of exploration is our
creative spirit. It is to become aware of the existence of what
is
best described as our creative spirit. It is the experience of
the consciousness aspect of
energy consciousness.
Within the
creative spirit are two things. When we are fully aligned with
our creative spirit and
surrender
to the experience and we are said to be “in the flow” we will
experience a profound wisdom and understanding about Creation
and the experience we have in Creation. The second thing is that in
this alignment we can experience seeing through time and space and
have conscious experience of the oneness of Creation. We each need
to explore how this creative spirit uniquely functions in our life
to create what we experience.
We also need to explore what this
creative spirit desires to create. It is in becoming aware of
its desires we step into
our birthright to become a conscious creator of our life. It is
here in alignment with this creative spirit that we consciously
experience the source/Source of our being and
the possibility of a conscious experience of the
Source of Creation.. It is in this alignment we can have a
conscious connection with the source of being and ultimately the
Source of Creation. It is here we being to access the true depth and
breadth of our
creative power and creative ability. (More

Areas of Applicability
The
creative/creation process accessed here can be to
guide us in any creative endeavor. It is fully applicable to finding
creative solutions, innovative ideas, or
an alternative way of
approaching any situation. It can be applied to living our life
and/or respond to any given set of conditions we face in life. It is
applicable to any or all areas or aspects of life - spiritual,
mental, emotional, physical, private, professional, social,
individually and/or collectively
within a group or organization to
